  • 500 grams pork meat (ground)
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 4 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions on how to make keto friendly Pork Burgers

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Let the mix refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Take out from the frige
  • Out them with the spoon and put in the hot oil
  • Bake them 5-10 minutes each, or until they are cooked throughly.
  • Serve on a bun, or by itself.
