Cheap Coconut Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 14 tablespoons sour cream
  • 13 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 14 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 1/3 All-Purpose Flour

Icing:

  • 1 1/8 cup chocolate

Instructions on how to make Cheap Coconut Chocolate Cake

  • Position a rock in the center of the oven
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F
  • Spray the cake pan with baking Spray
  • Whisk together the sour cream, milk, Sugar, and oil in a large bowl until well combined
  • Add the flour, and baking powder and beat on medium-low until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes
  • STOP the masine, add the coconut flake, and Stir well
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary
  • Bake 20 minutes. OR until the layer pull away from the sides of the pan, and the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  • In a microwave safe bowl, Melt the chocolate
  • Spread melted chocolate over the baked cake
  • Set aside to cool
  • Cut, serve, and enjoy
