Low-Carb Coconut Joys Hearts – Recipe

Yields – 15 cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons swerve erythritol sweetener (powdered)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate (melted)
Icing:
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate
Instructions how to make coconut Joys
- In one bowl mix together all batter ingredients
- Pour about a teaspoon of chocolate mixture into your candy molds
- For icing just melts together butter and chocolate
- Cover with icing
- Set aside to cool
- Freeze for as long as possible, but at least 1 hour
- Pop the candies out and enjoy!
