Chrono-breakfast Buckwheat Muffins with Seeds

Looking for a healthy bread? This is perfect and delicious. For all those on chrono-diet, or gluten-free diet, these is perfect breakfast buckwheat muffins/bread. They are gluten-free, dairy free, yeast free, and sugar-free.

Buckwheat Muffins – Recipe

The way of preparations – easy

Prep time

  • Prep time – 5 minutes
  • Cooking time – 40 minutes
  • Passive time – 30 minutes

Yields – 3 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon buckwheat groats
  • 1 egg white
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup seed blend
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking soda

Instructions on how to make Buckwheat Muffins

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In one bowl, Mix all the ingredients exept lemon juice and baking soda
  • Set aside for 30 minutes
  • Stir in lemon juice and baking soda
  • Lightly grease the 3 cups with coconut or any other oil. Set aside
  • Pour in batter
  • Sprinkle with extra seeds (to choice)
  • Bake for 30-40 min
  • Slide a knife around the edge, pop out of the pan and eat!

Note:

This is the same size as the other breakfast bakes, but just split into 3 muffin cups
