Seeds Sticks – Recipe

Yields – 20 sticks
Ingredients:
- 90 grams of spelt flour
- 90 grams oats flour
- 3/4 tbsp baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of ground roasted almonds
- 110 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil OR olive oil
- sesame seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds for rolling
Instructions on how to make these Seeds Sticks
- In medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients except seeds
- Add oil and water
- Stir well
- The batter should be a medium-hard
- Pour out onto a floured surface
- Set aside about 15 minutes, to rest
- Make balls and made sticks from them.
- Roll each stick in seeds mixture
- Bake in well-heated oven on 175 F about 15 minutes
- Serve and enjoy
