Seeds Sticks – Recipe

The way of preparations – easy

Prep time

  • Prep time – 10 minutes
  • Cooking time – 15 minutes
  • Passive time – 15 minutes

Yields – 20 sticks


  • 90 grams of spelt flour
  • 90 grams oats flour
  • 3/4 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of ground roasted almonds
  • 110 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil OR olive oil
  • sesame seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds for rolling

Instructions on how to make these  Seeds Sticks

  • In medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients except seeds
  • Add oil and water
  • Stir well
  • The batter should be a medium-hard
  • Pour out onto a floured surface
  • Set aside about 15 minutes, to rest
  • Make balls and made sticks from them.
  • Roll each stick in seeds mixture
  • Bake in well-heated oven on 175 F about 15 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy
