Salty, Low Carb Fat Bombs with Peanuts

Note: We give you a full measure recipe for crackers. From this measure, in this case, you will need just 2 oz crushed crackers. Rest of it, you can eat with your favorite sauce.

Ingredients
Crackers
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Carbonated water/sparkling water ( about ½ cup)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Additions
- 2 oz butter
- 4 tablespoons peanuts ( milled)
- 2 oz crackers ( crushed)
- 2 oz cream cheese ( room temperature)
Instructions how to make peanuts fat bombs
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Line a two baking pan ( 9 inches) with baking paper
- In one bowl, mix all ingredients
- Make two balls
- Make two crusts from balls. Place on the 2 baking sheets, cut into the strips and bake for about 25 minutes
- Meanwhile, put butter in the room temperature. You will need the melted.
- In one bowl, mix together melted butter, cream cheese, and peanuts. When the crackers are cooled, crush them and add to this mixture. Mix everything with a spoon. Pour into the molds. And leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
