Sweet Glutinous Rice Cake Recipe

  • Cook time – 50 minutes

Yields – 15 servings


  • 1 bag glutinous rice flour (400 g)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 1/2 cups milk or coconut milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons Stevia sweetener
  • Pinch of salt
  • Grated lemon zest

Instructions on how to make Glutinous Rice Cake

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Grease a 9″ or 9″ x 13″ cake pan.
  • Mix all the ingredients until batter is smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the pan
  • Bake in a well-heated oven for 45-50 minutes.
  • Serve warm or cold.
  • Cut serve and enjoy
