Creamy Spinach Recipe

Yields – 4 servings


  • 1 10-ounce package frozen Spinach (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons oil OR butter
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon milk OR heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salty
  • pinch of black pepper (ground)
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions On How To Make Creamed Spinach

  • Cook the spinach following the directions on the package
  • Drain, and squeeze
  • Melt the butter/ oil in saucepan over the medium heat
  • add almond flour, and stir until smooth
  • cook for 2 minutes
  • add almond milk OR heavy cream, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens
  • stir constantly, so that sauce doesn’t burn
  • add spinach, salt, pepper, and garlic
  • cook for 2 to 4 minutes, stirring often
  • serve hot
