Almond flour Egg Free Keto Chocolate Cake
This is one wonderfully tender egg-free keto chocolate cake with a creamy chocolate frosting. This easy chocolate cake is incredibly moist, rich, and chocolatey.

- Butter for pan
Crust:
- 2 1/3 full-fat yogurt
- 2 2/3 blanched finely ground almond flour
- 1 cup granulated sweetener
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup oil OR butter
Chocolate Frosting
- 2/3 cup chocolate
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Stevia glycerine
Instructions on how to make Egg free Keto Chocolate Cake
- Preheat the oven to 400 F
- Grease an 8-inch baking pan with butter. Be generous when greasing to ensure the cake releases easily from the pan
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the crust Ingredients
- The batter will be quite thick
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan
- Smooth the top out with a rubber spatula
- Bake until the center is set and a toothpick inaerted in it comes out clean, 30 minutes about
- Meanwhile, make the Frosting
- Melt together the butter and chocolate and Stir until combined
- Stir in milk and Stevia
- Spread over the the baked cake crust
- Set aside to cool on room temp
- Put in the fridge for 1 hour
- Serve and enjoy
