This is one wonderfully tender egg-free keto chocolate cake with a creamy chocolate frosting. This easy chocolate cake is incredibly moist, rich, and chocolatey.

Ingredients:

  • Butter for pan

Crust:

  • 2 1/3 full-fat yogurt
  • 2 2/3 blanched finely ground almond flour
  • 1 cup granulated sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1/2 cup oil OR butter

Chocolate Frosting

  • 2/3 cup chocolate
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Stevia glycerine

Instructions on how to make Egg free Keto Chocolate Cake

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F
  • Grease an 8-inch baking pan with butter. Be generous when greasing to ensure the cake releases easily from the pan
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the crust Ingredients
  • The batter will be quite thick
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan
  • Smooth the top out with a rubber spatula
  • Bake until the center is set and a toothpick inaerted in it comes out clean, 30 minutes about
  • Meanwhile, make the Frosting
  • Melt together the butter and chocolate and Stir until combined
  • Stir in milk and Stevia
  • Spread over the the baked cake crust
  • Set aside to cool on room temp
  • Put in the fridge for 1 hour
  • Serve and enjoy
