Easy and Puffy Chocolate Cubes As A Light Dessert

In the most of the cases, the chocolate cubes are all from chocolate. But today, we present you something different. The crust, for this chocolate cubes, is made from eggs whites. Yes, you heard me very well. Not the whole eggs, just eggs whites. That will make this cubes light, creamy and fluffy. This is one dairy-free, low-carb,  creamy, chocolate perfections.

Keto Chocolate Cubes – recipe

Way of preparation – easy

Prep time

  • Total time – 35 minutes + resting

Yields – 10 cubes


  • 2 eggs whites
  • 3 teaspoons Stevia powder
  • 2 tablespoons of almond flour
  • 3 1/2 Tsp coconut oil (or olive oil, grape seed oil)
  • 2 tablespoons of large ground almonds
  • 3 oz dark chocolate + 2 tablespoons coconut milk

Instructions how to make Chocolate cubes

  • Turn on the oven to 350 F
  • Whisk the eggs whites with an electric mixer to get a firm foam
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon to get a compact mass
  • Pour the mass into a greased rectangular baking pan/loaf mold (16cm x 9cm)
  • Align it with the spoon
  • Bake in the well-heated oven at 350 F (180 C) for about 30 minutes. Take out from the oven
  • Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate together with 2 tablespoons of coconut milk
  • Cover the baked crust with melted chocolate mixture
  • Set aside to cool and¬† tight
  • Cut into cubes
  • Sprinkle with milled almonds
  • Serve and enjoy
