Note about Brazilian diet
The above menu is repeated, if necessary, from 2 to 4 weeks – not longer than that. Back to “normal” food is achieved primarily by increasing fruits and vegetables and then a slight increase in foods that carry proteins. This diet is rich in fruits and vegetables. Meal schedule is such that you should not be hungry or to have a problem with the change in blood sugar levels. The activity is recommended daily moderate activity: 30 minutes of walking, cycling or swimming.
