What is recommended during the detoxification in three-day cleansing diet?

Day 1 of three-day cleansing diet

Morning: Drink a glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon.

Rest of the day: Eat grapes (if not the season of grapes, choose fruit that is currently in season) whenever you feel hungry. It is allowed to eat 1 kg of grapes/fruit plate.

Drink plenty of fluids (at least 8 glasses), namely: water, herbal teas (mint, chamomile, ginger) and drained fresh juices of carrots, celery, apples.

Day 2 of three-day cleansing diet

Morning: Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice.

Rest of the day: Drink plenty of water, herbal tea, fruit juices diluted with water (in the ratio 1: 1). The minimum amount of liquid is 8 glasses.

Day 3 of the three-day cleansing diet

Breakfast: Raw vegetables (select one of the enumerated). Eat as much as you can. Drink plenty of water and herbal teas. If you find it difficult to eat raw fruit, make juice from the fruit mixture.

Lunch: salad vegetables (select from enumerated), raw or boiled briefly. Drink plenty of water and herbal teas.

Dinner: Vegetable soup. Drink plenty of water and herbal teas
