Amazing Healthy Dukan Pancakes Perfect For 1-phase

This is probably the easiest healthy Dukan pancakes recipe. They are without starch, grain or wheat. They are perfect for sweet or salty combinations. I will put them into the Dukan category, but they are also perfect for people on Keto or gluten-free diet.

Healthy Dukan Pancakes – recipe

Way of preparation – easy

Prep time

  • Prep time – 6 minutes
  • Cooking time – 10 minutes

Yields – 6 pancakes

Ingredients: 

  • 5 eggs
  • 12 tablespoons of powdered milk (or coconut milk for keto option)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • water
  • olive oil for frying (butter – keto option)

Instructions how to make healthy Dukan pancakes

  • Put all ingredients in one bowl
  • Mix with an electric mixer until well combined
  • Use water to get a little bit denser mixture
  • Bake on well-heated olive oil. The procedure is the same as usual
  • Bake about 2 minutes on each side (until edges become brownish)
  • Serve and enjoy
