- 4 oz dark chocolate ( melted)
- 1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
- 4 packet Stevia or sweetener of your choice
- 14 tablespoons coconut flour

- In one large bowl put all ingredients
- Mix until all ingredients are combined
- With wet hands make balls ( about 20 truffles/balls)
