Ingredients 

  • 3 oz butter ( melted)
  • 4 oz dark chocolate ( melted)
  • 1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 4 packet Stevia or sweetener of your choice
  • 14 tablespoons coconut flour

Instruction how to make chocolate coconut truffles

  • In one large bowl put all ingredients
  • Mix until all ingredients are combined
  • With wet hands make balls ( about 20 truffles/balls)
  • Therefore, place them on a baking sheet or a transparent foil to prevent them from sticking to the tray
  • If you like, you can roll them into coconut
