Ingredients

Pancakes

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tablespoon organic whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 Stevia packet
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed flour
  • 8 tablespoons of cold water
  • butter

Glace/Filling 

  • 2 oz butter ( melted)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon  nuts ( minced/ chopped)

Instructions how to make flaxseed pancakes

  • Beat eggs with a mixer to make a foam
  • Add the coconut flour, Stevia, whey protein, coconut oil, flaxseed, and water
  • Mix all together one more minute
  • Bake pancakes on coconut oil or butter ( your choice)

Glaze/Filling 

  • Mix melted butter with cocoa and nuts, with a spoon
  • ( if it is needed, place this mixture on warm, just to combine)
  • Fill them and serve
