Pancakes
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tablespoon organic whey protein powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 Stevia packet
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed flour
- 8 tablespoons of cold water
- butter
Glace/Filling
- 2 oz butter ( melted)
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon nuts ( minced/ chopped)
Instructions how to make flaxseed pancakes
- Beat eggs with a mixer to make a foam
- Add the coconut flour, Stevia, whey protein, coconut oil, flaxseed, and water
- Mix all together one more minute
- Bake pancakes on coconut oil or butter ( your choice)
Glaze/Filling
- Mix melted butter with cocoa and nuts, with a spoon
- ( if it is needed, place this mixture on warm, just to combine)
- Fill them and serve
