Super Crunchy Turmeric Chia Bars

These crunchy turmeric chia bars go well with any kind of sauce. They are perfect even with cream cheese. These bars are healthy, low-carb, keto, dairy, grain and gluten-free, but also and paleo friendly and vegetarian.

Crunchy Turmeric Chia Bars – Recipe

  • Passive time – 10 minutes

Yields – 4 servings

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons chia seed
  • 1 /2 teaspoon salt ( sea or kosher)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil ( room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflowers seeds (chopped)

Instructions how to make turmeric chia bars

  • Preheat oven to 450 F
  • 3 tablespoon chia seed soak in 2/3 cup of water. Set aside for 10 minutes
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In one bowl mix together almond flour, salt, turmeric,  flaxseed, sunflowers seeds, coconut oil, and 1 teaspoon sesame seed
  • Add soaked chia seeds
  • Mix all together
  • Spread batter on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • Bake 20 minutes in a well-heated oven
  • Cut into bars
  • Serve and enjoy
