These crunchy turmeric chia bars go well with any kind of sauce. They are perfect even with cream cheese. These bars are healthy, low-carb, keto, dairy, grain and gluten-free, but also and paleo friendly and vegetarian.
Crunchy Turmeric Chia Bars – Recipe

Yields – 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoons chia seed
- 1 /2 teaspoon salt ( sea or kosher)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil ( room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons of sunflowers seeds (chopped)
Instructions how to make turmeric chia bars
- Preheat oven to 450 F
- 3 tablespoon chia seed soak in 2/3 cup of water. Set aside for 10 minutes
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In one bowl mix together almond flour, salt, turmeric, flaxseed, sunflowers seeds, coconut oil, and 1 teaspoon sesame seed
- Add soaked chia seeds
- Mix all together
- Spread batter on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
- Bake 20 minutes in a well-heated oven
- Cut into bars
- Serve and enjoy
