- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 teaspoons Stevia powder
- 3 tablespoon coconut oil ( room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Whisk eggs with Stevia
- Add all the rest of the ingredients
- Mix well
- Pour batter into the greased baking sheet
- Bake 20 minutes
- Cut into bars
