Warm Low-carb Appetizer – Bell Peppers Pizzas

Ingredients
- 5 bell peppers (medium sized)
- butter for greasing
Filling
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 5 slice of ham/bacon ( chopped)
- 2 eggs (hard boiled)
- salt to taste
Topping
- ¼ cup grated Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions how to make these delicious Bell Peppers Pizzas
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Cut peppers in half. Hollow out inside and discard seeds.
- Lay them on a greased baking plate
- In medium sized bowl mix together 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (grated), 2 tablespoons cream cheese, 5 slices of ham/bacon (chopped), 2 hard boiled eggs chopped, and salt to taste
- Stuff each half of the peppers with this mixture and bake
- Bake in well-heated oven about 20 minutes
- After that, take out from the oven
- Cover with 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella and return it to the oven
- Bake for 5-10 minutes
- Serve and enjoy
