Warm Low-carb Appetizer – Bell Peppers Pizzas

With a little of imagination, you can make delicious mini pizzas. It is possible to make a pizza without dough. We will show you how you can make that. Because these mini pizzas are without dough. Instead of that they have a bell peppers as a base. These bell peppers pizzas can be a nice warm appetizer, snack, or meal.  How you will eat them is your choice. They are low-calories, low-carb, keto, grain-free, and sugar-free.

Low-Carb Bell Peppers Pizzas – Recipe

Way of preparation – easy

Prep time

  • Prep time – 10 minutes
  • Cooking time – 25-30 minutes

Yields – 5 servings

Ingredients 

  • 5 bell peppers (medium sized)
  • butter for greasing

Filling

  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 5 slice of ham/bacon ( chopped)
  • 2 eggs (hard boiled)
  • salt to taste

Topping 

  • ¼ cup grated Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions how to make these delicious Bell Peppers Pizzas

  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • Cut peppers in half. Hollow out inside and discard seeds.
  • Lay them on a greased baking plate
  • In medium sized bowl mix together 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (grated), 2 tablespoons cream cheese, 5 slices of ham/bacon (chopped), 2 hard boiled eggs chopped, and salt to taste
  • Stuff each half of the peppers with this mixture and bake
  • Bake in well-heated oven about 20 minutes
  • After that, take out from the oven
  • Cover with 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella and return it to the oven
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy
