Keto Pizza With Sausage, Cheese and Olives

This is probably the easiest keto pizza recipe. Perfect keto delight. It’s everything you want: sausage, cheese, and tomato sauce deliciousness.

Keto Pizza – Recipe

Prep time

  • Prep time – 5 minutes
  • Cooking time – 25 minutes

Yields – 2 servings


Pizza Crust 

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 oz. shredded cheese, preferably mozzarella

Pizza Topping 

  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4¼ oz. shredded cheese
  • 1¾ oz. sausage
  • olives

Low-carb topping options are endless: bacon, salami, mushrooms, blue cheese, shredded chicken, sauted onions, feta cheese

Instructions how to make Keto Pizza

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Beat the eggs and add the cheese
  • Spread the cheese and egg batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the pizza crust turns golden
  • Remove and let cool for a minute or two
  • Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (225°C)
  • Spread tomato paste on the crust
  • Top with cheese and place the sausage and olives on top
  • Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the pizza has turned a golden brown color
  • Serve and enjoy
