Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil + 1 teaspoon for greasing
- 2 cups coconut flour
- 1 baking powder
- sweetener to taste
- Dark Chocolate 90% Cocoa
Instruction how to make coconut chocolate cake
- Preheat the oven to 400 F ( 200 C)
- In one large bowl put all ingredients except chocolate
- Mix them well with a hand mixer
- Grease the baking sheet ( 12 x 12)
- sprinkle with almond flour
- Then pour the mixture into the baking sheet
- Bake the cake – about 30 minutes until getting a golden brown color
Glaze
- Melt the chocolate on steam
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cake
- Set them aside to cool
