Keto Cake with Chocolate Filling – Recipe

Yields – 15 servings

Ingredients: 

Cake 

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 6 eggs whites
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2/3 cup Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 cup coconut oil (room temp)
  • 1.5 oz dark, sugar-free chocolate

Filling 

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sweetener of choice
  • 2 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 cup butter (melted)

Instructions how to make these keto cake

  • Whisk the egg whites
  • Add sweetener with continuous stirring
  • Add coconut oil
  • Slowly mix in flour and baking powder
  • Add grated chocolate
  • Mix well
  • Pour the batter into a well-greased 9-inches baking sheet
  • Bake 20 minutes at 360 F
  • Set aside to cool
  • Meanwhile, prepare the filling
  • Combinate all filling ingredients in one saucepan over the medium heat.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Then turn off the heat, and stir constantly until the cream become similar to the pudding
  • Set aside
  • Take a cake crust, and cut it into the half
  • Spread the filling over the one half
  • Cover with another half
  • And your cake is ready
  • Cut and serve

  • If you want you can also add and icing over the top
