Sweet Low-Carb Breakfast – One Meal Bread

Amazing combination and softness of this one meal bread will leave you without breath. For chocolate lovers, it is the perfect breakfast. But this bread can also be a good dessert. At first of all, this recipe is Paleo, then Low-Carb, Dairy-free, Gluten-free, and grain-free. You should know, that this option is without dry fruit. But if you like, you can freely add some dry fruit to it. That will not ruin its structure.

  • Prep time – 10 minutes
  • Baking time – 30 minutes

Yields – 1 loaf ( 18 pieces)

Weight – 1 piece =45 grams

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs (separated)
  • 2 tablespoon Stevia powder ( sweetener to choice)
  • 5 + 2 tablespoon almond flour
  • 5 tablespoon oil ( coconut, olive…..)
  • 4 tablespoons almonds ( chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 oz dark chocolate + 2 tablespoon coconut milk ( or almond milk)

Instructions how to make this one meal bread

  • Preheat oven to 450 F
  • You will need two different bowls to separate eggs yolk from whites
  • In the first bowl, with an electric mixer, make a firm foam from eggs whites
  • Add 2 tablespoons Stevia, 5 tablespoons almond flour, 4 tablespoon chopped almonds, oil, and baking powder
  • Mix this well, to get smooth mixture
  • Pour this mixture into well greased baking loaf pan (rectangular pan – length 9 inches)
  • Bake in a well-heated oven, for about 25 minutes. Just to get a tiny crust on the top.
  • Meanwhile, in second bowl mix eggs yolk with 2 tablespoon almond flour. So after 20 minutes of baking, take out the bread from the oven and cover them with mixture from second bowl (eggs yolks + almond flour)
  • Back then in the oven, and bake for 10 minutes more.
  • It will get golden brown color
  • Take out bread from the pan/mold ( what you will use for baking) and set aside
  • On the stove, melt the dark chocolate and coconut milk. That will be something as a chocolate glaze
  • Pour chocolate glaze on the top of bread, cover them the whole
  • Leave it to cool at room temperature and the glaze get tight
  • Cut into the slices
  • Serve and enjoy
