Amazing Diet with Toasted bread

Toast is sliced bread that has been browned by exposure to radiant heat. It is commonly eaten with butter or margarine and sweetened toppings. But you will eat them now in order lose weight. This toast bread diet with toasted bread is really amazing. You can lose 2-5 pounds in just 5 days.

Day 3 

  • Breakfast: 1 orange, 1 slice of toast bread, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1/2 cup yogurt, 2 cucumbers, drinks without sugar
  • Dinner: 1 burger (125 g minced beef), 1 orange, a slice of toast bread, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Day 4 

  • Breakfast: 1 orange, slice of  bread (toasted), 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 125 g low-fat cheese, 1 tomato, 1 slice toast bread
  • Dinner: burger (125 g minced beef), 1 toast, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple

Day 5 

  • Breakfast: orange, a slice of toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar
  • Lunch: 200 g of boiled fish or chicken, 1 toast, fresh tomato
  • Dinner: 500 g cooked vegetables, 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato

Additional notes on a medical toast bread diet

  • At first of all, meat and cooked vegetables can spice with spice mix or other herbal spice that you like.
  • Patties are baked in the Teflon pan to reduce the need for additional fats;
  • Fresh tomatoes can replace boiled;
  • Those foods should be taken in specified amounts and order as written and meals should not be skipped.
