Prep time

  • Prep time – 15 minutes
  • Cooking time – 60 minutes

 

Yields – 6 servings

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 300 ml of hot water
  • 5 tablespoons psyllium husk
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

 

Instruction on how to make Keto Bread Buns with Psyllium husk:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 F
  • Mix all ingredients
  • Moisten your hands and shape the dough into 6 pieces
  • Shape each into a ball or desired shape
  • You can mold them into hamburger or hot dog buns, depending on your preference
  • Flatten the ball so it’s about 1 centimeter thick
  • Lay the formed dough on a baking sheet greased with oil
  • Glaze with egg yolk
  • Sprinkle seeds on top of the buns if you like
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes on the well-heated oven on 350 F
